22 Mar 2008 12.45PM - I have paid the vPOST, the parcel will be arrive in 5-8 working days.

1. How long will it takes when the items arrived?
From my previous ELF spree, it took 4-5weeks.
MAD minerials will takes 3-4weeks when the cap reached.

2. Can I cancel my order after I sent out my order to you?
No, so please confirm that what you want before send out your order ok? :)

3. Is ELF cosmetics good? Coz it's so cheap!
I'm now using ELF water proof eyeliner, all over color and cover stick. All work great for me! So I'm ordering more for myself in this spree too.

4. Shipping info?
I'm ordering directly from ELF.
ELF > VPOST > SINGAPORE > ME then YOU

5. When is the spree closing date?
When the cap reach 25 items.

6. How do I get the updates?
Updates will be done in rachel-shop.blogspot.com main page and emails.
Minimum will have 4 updates for ELF.
1 - Order sent. 2 - Items reached VPOST. 3 - Items reached SINGPOST. 4 - Items reached me.

7. When should I pay you?
Best is to pay within 5 days. So that is easier for me the track your payment.

8. If the items gone out of stock, will I get back my money?
Yes, I will refund you the full amount.

Frankly speaking I’m quite tired of my DIY manicure smudging when I’ve almost completed or that I cannot move my fingers for the fear of smudging, thus thought of spreeing for this to solve my problem.
